Application Terms of Service

1. The application

Flowikka is a seller tool intended to let Etsy sellers connect their own shop through OAuth, view their own active and draft listings, prepare listing information and seller-provided images, and create one seller-confirmed Etsy draft through Etsy Open API v3. Flowikka is not a marketplace, does not replace Etsy checkout and does not process buyer purchases.

2. Independent application

Flowikka is developed and provided solely by Yalinkilic LLC. Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates do not develop, provide, endorse, certify or warrant the application. The seller’s Etsy account remains governed by the seller’s agreements with Etsy.

3. Eligibility and account security

A user may connect a shop only if authorized to act for that shop and legally able to accept these Terms. Users must provide accurate information, protect their account and report unauthorized access. Users must not provide an Etsy password, developer API key, shared secret or OAuth token directly to Flowikka support.

4. Authorization and seller-directed actions

Etsy displays the permissions requested by the application. The seller decides whether to authorize them and may later disconnect or revoke access. The seller is responsible for reviewing listing information and the destination shop before confirming an operation.

5. Content and product responsibility

The seller retains rights in submitted content and grants the operator a limited right to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the application. The seller remains responsible for product eligibility, listing accuracy, required disclosures, intellectual-property rights and Etsy policy compliance.

6. Prohibited use

• scraping Etsy pages or bypassing Etsy’s API, authentication, limits or security controls;
• obtaining another member’s credentials, token, private data or unauthorized shop access;
• spam, artificial metric manipulation or misleading activity;
• off-Etsy transaction diversion or a replacement marketplace;
• facilitating prohibited, inauthentic or infringing products.

7. Privacy and fees

The Privacy Policy explains data handling. No public paid plan is currently offered. If pricing is introduced, applicable prices and conditions will be shown before a purchase.

8. Availability and suspension

Functions may change to improve security, comply with Etsy requirements or reflect API changes. Access may be limited for a Terms breach, security or legal risk, or conduct that would cause the application to violate Etsy requirements.

9. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available.”

10. Contact and acceptance
